BOCA Building and Fire Prevention Codes at present.
ON JULY 7, 2009 THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S VOTED
TO ADOPT THE 2009 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE
WITH LOCAL ADMENDMENTS. THIS CODE WILL TAKE
EFFECT AT 1201 AM ON SEPT. 1ST, 2009
Developer's need to contact the Fire Marshal in regards
to plan submission requirements as soon as possible.
