| DISTRICT FIRE CODE AND FEE INFORMATION |
On June 23, 2009 a Public Hearing for public comment was held at the Fire
Station regarding the adoption of the 2009 International Fire Code to replace our
current code, the 1999 BOCA Fire Prevention Code.
No one outside the Department attended and the Code, with all its
modifications was recommended to be presented to the Board of Director's for
adoption.
On July 7th, the Board of Director's adopted the 2009 International Fire Code
with all of the admendments and modifications with an effective date of Sept 1st.
